We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £25. Our preferred delivery partners are DPD and Royal Mail. If you have any specific delivery requests please let us know in the order comments box.

Return of goods & Refunds
Any damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or can be taken into our Dagenham store.

Complaints
If you have any disputes and complaints please email us directly at our support address. Your dispute or complaint will then be acknowledged within 2 working days and solved as soon as possible.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can pay securely during Checkout process using your payment card via our payments screen.
